AACRAO’s Registrar 101 and FERPA workshop is a necessity for new registrars and registrar staff. This two-part workshop will provide an overview of the profession and its daily responsibilities, a network of contacts, and sources of information for future guidance. Glenn Munson, Associate Registrar, University of Memphis will be directing the program. FERPA expert LeRoy Rooker, AACRAO Senior Fellow and former Director of the U.S. Department of Education's Family Policy Compliance Office, will conduct the FERPA portion of this workshop.
